At Maisonderose, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. While refunds are limited due to the nature of our products, we aim to address any valid concerns promptly and fairly.
Refunds are only offered in the following circumstances:
If the product you received is incorrect, such as the wrong item being prepared, we will process a replacement or refund. This applies only if the issue is reported immediately upon receiving the item.
If the product is damaged before leaving the café, such as a cake collapsing or being improperly packaged, please notify our staff, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If a verified quality issue arises, such as spoilage or foreign objects in the product, we will offer a refund after investigating the claim. You must provide evidence, such as photos, along with proof of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase date and include a receipt or proof of payment.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. No refunds will be paid in cash
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. If a custom product significantly deviates from the agreed specifications, we will work with you to find an acceptable resolution.
We regret that refunds cannot be issued for items not picked up at the agreed date and time.
